weather stripping

Getting ready to put the rubber weather stripping on my 50 Willys and wondered if anyone had any tips, suggestions , type of glues/adhesives to use?

I used the black 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive (aka gorilla snot) on my vette and it hasn't come loose in 15 years. Of course this was only for the seals that need to be glued in. Most of it doesn't need glue. Small amounts of liquid dish washing soap works good when you are working with weather strip trying to push it into window tracks etc.

I second the 3M weatherstrip adhesive, have been impressed with its holding power.

Id have to agree with the rest about the 3M glue. Ive been around service truck bodies for years and the 3M has always been used with glue on type seals.
