smoke wrench
hey Gang,
Has anybody here had any experences using a cutting torch that uses gasoline and oxygen instead of oxygen/acetylene.
It is getting pretty expensive leasing the large acetylene bottles ($300+), and our plasma cutter doesn't do the thick stuff.
one of my buddies uses propane/oxygen but he said it isn't as hot as oxy/acetylene
thanks

You can use natural gas. We used it when I worked at a factory in Chicago. Another gas is called Accitgen(not sure about spelling) but it requires special tips.Charlie
