On an F-100 Ford Pickup, I once switched the door jambs around, right front to left rear, left front to right rear.... Heck of a lot of work but if the jambs are the same and you make a good template to mark your cut lines it can be made to work. It's a whole lot easier to just buy one of the suicide hinge kits and aftermarket latches, though.....
