Im putting booster in my 41 chevy coupe. It has disc brakes in front drum in rear. Which is better to use firewall booster or newer one in stock location? I like the clean look of it under the floor boards but.... maybe you guys can lt me know the pros and cons of both

If you like the clean look, put it under the floorboards. Just remember to use a 10# residual pressure valve for the drums and a 2# RPV for the disks. It will work fine in either place.
(sorry, I had that backwards for a while)
I used a 77 vette under the floorboard in a 37 chev p/u and it fit pretty good. It's compact at only 8" on the master cylinder
Only bad part of a brake booster and master cylinder under the floor is the off chance that road debris can break a line or fitting... A good aluminum shield in front and below the lines might be a consideration.....
thanks to all. i think im gonna go the stock location but make a shield for it (thanks for that idea...idk if i wouldve thiught of that until something bad happened...lol). Besides my first street rod (ive resto several mustangs 66-70)
this is also my first chevy in prob last 10 years.

If I remember correctly, the two pounder is for the discs, the ten pounder is for the drums.
Did you have any trouble getting a good pedal, the brakes on my 37 are coming into it real late and they will slow down not stop. I have tried everything and the brakes stink.
