I've always found more horsepower gains in the heads then in the cam.... As Tech said in on of his posts some time ago, the cam should be the last thing you pick for the engine. On cam selection, I still defer to the experts. I fill out the Comp Cams spec sheet completely with an accurate description of the engine and the rest of the driveline, then go with their recomendations. Sometimes it means laying down a few extra bucks for a custom grind, but still a lot cheaper then trying a bunch of different combinations and settling for the one that "feels" the best....JMO
