Anybody here have any knowledge of or a contact link for an item called Hone-a-drive? It's a non planetary (counter shaft type) overdrive setup that was a dealer installed option on Baldwin Motion and Nickey GM muscle cars in the 70's and a bolt on for TH-400's both GM and BOP bellhousings. I've also been told that they made an overdrive unit that bolted to a Ford 9 inch, in place of the pinion retainer, that worked a lot like the Columbia 2 speed rear, (solinoid shifted) but much smaller and lighter.
