Pretty darn close enjenjo. The '53 Dragon was a "top of the line" car, not very many produced. If you look at the trim panel on the driver door, you'll note the same material as on the dash. This would designate the car pictured as a Manhattan, the mid-line trim package. The trim panels on the Dragon doors had a large "scale like" pattern, presumably related to the Dragon name and the scales on a dragon's skin. It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
