My 65 battery will not charge, I have replaced the alternator, starter and selenoid, voltage regulator, and capacitor, new battery cables and ground straps and the F&*K&R still goes dead! At idle I am getting 13.1 volts to the battery at 2000 rpm. What and the heck am I missing? Oh yea I have a new battery in the car also. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
