I thought you might have issues with periferical vision, say on a freeway or when you return a wave for an adoring hot rod fan !;)
but i commend you on all your work, both conceptial & executed.

Thank you fourty1---I kind of wondered how that type of opening would look. Thank you, all of the people who have responded to this opinion poll. I think that I am going to go with the vertical rear window opening----I like the look of it, and it is easier to explain to the upholstery guy.
Hey fourty1---no offence taken at all. I just love doing this stuff. I work all day on a computer designing machinery for a living, but I love getting out into my garage and doing something brand new, that I haven't done before. I love all the research that goes into a project---(thank Heaven for the internet). I read about it, I make solid models of it, I bug the heck out of anyone who might have done something similar----and then I go for it. This is one of the things that keeps me from going completely nuts during the long Canadian winter.
