Important Question
Say for instance I found a corvette or a mustang rolling chassis, with everything on it minus a body. Could I put a 1923 or a 1927 body on it with very little trouble. I'm asking this because I don't know anything about auto mechanics and I have a friend who's selling those chassis's for relatively cheap. And this seems the easiest and most cost effective way of building a street rod.

Well, number one, no mustang ever had a chassis. They are all unibody cars. Number two, the Corvettes frames are way too wide to even think about putting a T body on. Sorry partner, but neither will work.

if your buddy will sell the front subframe of the mustang or the rear end from the vette you could use them in building a frame for a hotrod.
