I'm looking at buying a '67 Mustang Coupe with a 289. Problem is, this particular Mustang did not come with power steering or power brakes, so how hard would it to be change this? I'm more concerned with the power steering then anything else.

Those powersteering systems are prone to leaks if not taken care of and expensive to repair so you might be better off without powersteering,power brakes would be easy to change as all you would need is the booster. Jeff
Junkyardjeff is right, the original equipment PS was crap. Convert it to a power rack and pinion setup if you must have PS. They steer easy enough without it as long as the front end is in good shape and well greased.
Ok I can handle the brakes well enough, how much does a power rack and pinion setup cost and would be pretty easy to do. I'm sure my dad and I can handle damn near anything, I just don't want it to be a complete pain in the ass
