Wire Harness: 57 Chevy - Which One?

About 3-weeks ago I posted a New Member thread hoping to get some help on my first project. It has taken me that long to get my thoughts together so I can ask the right questions.

The following is a brief description of the project and what I want to do with it. Also, I have posted my first question. Hopefully, a few folks will be willing to respond.

Project: 57 Chevy Belaire HT. Being built as a driver, not show quality. Not stock. Expecting 350 FI system will be installed. Some flash: Flaming River Steering Column, Additional Electronics (I want no limitations in this area), Being in TX, Vintage Air is a requirement.

My first question: Multiple Wiring harnesses are out there. Which is the correct choice, or what should I look for in features, that will work the best in this case? Some seem to be built with additional electronics in mind, or am I misunderstanding?

Do I need to replace the harness? Will, some of it works some does not. In any case, the work I will do must be good. That includes a rewire in my opinion. Sooooo, I am doing this part only for the value of knowing that all is new in the wiring area. I hope that is a good reason to do this.

Could not help including a photo of the delivery. Originally a KY car. It is the first time the car sees the TX sunlight. An exciting day for me!

    Thanks folks,

    Don Copeland
