One option is to find a friend with a milling machine and redrill to a more common pattern. With a 4 bolt pattern it's pretty easy since you can put the new holes between the old ones. I did this with my wifes old spitfire because of how expensive the wheels were, redrilled the hubs and rotors to a 4 lug VW pattern and had a good selection of wheels.
