I picked up an old Ansen scattershield to use in my 327-powered roadster, but the standard Chevy throwout arm is too wide for the hole in the side. Any idea what I should be using?

DON'T HOLD ME TO THIS, BUT I THINK A 6 CLYINDER CHEVY ARM FROM LIKE A 216 CUBIC INCH OR A 230 WORKS. NOT SURE, BUT THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE A PLACE FOR YOU TO START. (THESE WOULD BE LIKE 1970'S PARTS)

if everything else is the same why not make the hole bigger. that shouldnt hurt anything. :HMMM:Quote:
