 hi! can anybody tell me the wheel base for my 1956 ford p\u . iam putting in my 4 link and want to keep the proper whel base.

 have no idea what the wheel base is, but if i was doing it id get everything set[l the ride ht.] like i wanted it and then put the wheels under the truck where they look the best. this is JMO.  Mike

 The 4 link is for the rear axle?
 
 Get a plumb bob centered on the rear hub and measure to a known point on the chassis towards the front of the pickup.
 
 Set up the 4 link in the same place.
 You'll have a little bit of latitude since the 4 links have adjustable ends, but try to get things right on the money anyway.C9
