RFI problems
I recently lost the last FM radio station in the NYC area that I care to listen to. My alternatives are all AM, but the RFI is so bad that I can't hear anything.
I have a single point distributor and I'm using Moroso Blue Max 8mm Spiral Core Suppression wires - is there anything else I can do? I do not have a capacitor on the distributor. If that would help, I'll give it a try, but I'm obviously ignorant of that solution; what part(s) I need, how to hook it/them up, etc.
Thanks,
DorseyDorsey

What did you change when it stopped working? If nothing, the antenne booster which sometimmes external, some times in the stereo and some times at the antenne itself, probably gone bad. Try getting a new antenne to start, you can also ground the antenne to the chassie, making the entire car an antenne. If that don't work get a new stereo head unit. You don't know what you've got til it's gone
