engine swap

Can I fit a motor from a 89' F-350 van into a 88' Mercury Couger with little modifacation.

What motor is do each of the vehicles have now??? If they are both Windsor motors it won't be too tough. Some differences in the exhaust, etc. from a 302 to a 351.
