i am installing a 2000 4.6 4cam cobra engine/5 speed trans package in a kit car. this will be a street car and the engine will remain stock. what changes do i need to make in the stock ecu unit. i assume there are functions of the stovk ecu unit that should/can be eliminated in the kit car. it also must accept the plug in emission controle tester.[car in massachusets] what is better;a custom chip or a tuner. what products/supplyers do you rercommend? we have not worked with a computer tuned engine and need some good advice. appreciate any help. thanks george tongascrew@msn.com
