instrument voltage regulator
IVR supplies reduced voltage to gauge cluster for oil, fuel, temp and ammeter. With no gauges, voltage is good. Connect gauges and it disappears. Gauges read good, can't find any grounds to housing. Printed circuit is new. Now I'm insulating gauges and housing in the hopes of repairing. Any thoughts?
