    gas tank flush

What's the best thing to flush a gas tank with? I had my tank repaired and sealed and I mounted it back up in my car. I'd have to pull my whole rear end out to get the tank back down. Anyway I got some dirt and dust down in there before I put my float back in and need to flush it out. I was told to flush it with alcohol not water by a friend and figured I'd ask you guys. Thanks
