how often do you change the oils? why every 27 yrs of course according to the last time the T/A's was done serioiusly i really dont know, if it sits around alot i would say every couple years to get rid of the moisture, if its driven alot i would say every 50k or so.

as for how full, there is usually a check plug about half way up on anything that takes gear oil.
