Thanks for the reminder. Right now I have a guy looking for an AOD or overdrive tranny for my 302 in my truck and I have the original 66 crappy 3 speed in it and I am going to change the fluids in it real soon until I get the other tranny in because I am sure the guy before me never did nothing to that either. The oil in the crank of the engine was black and clumpy so that goes to show you. I had to throw a ton of sea foam in it, supreme gas in it (94 octane), etc just because of that and I am sure the tranny fluid is in the same shape. How often do you change those fluids anyways and how do I know how much to put in?
