Does the one you're lookin' at have the same grill? That's about the only major difference in those years. If it has straight slats that would make it a '65 or '64. I'd have to see it to tell you. Just to let you know it didn't come with a 302 and personally I don't care much for 302's in trucks. A 351 is a much better choice, but if it runs, that's what counts. That should have been FE powered stock or possibly 6 cyl. As far as what it's worth I don't know what part of the country you're in, so that makes it a little tough. You can buy pretty darn nice ones here in New Mex for much less. $4500 would buy you a real nice old Ford here. That's because everyone wants Chevy's, this is the home of Espanola, the original lowrider capitol of the world. If it runs solid and the body is solid, you're probably okay. Check the bottom of the doors and front fender's for covered rust, notorious in there. I love them old fords, they're about bullet-proof. I learned to drive a stick in a '66. 352, 3 speed, my old man had some head work done and cammed it, that was a runnin' mutha. I guess the real question here is, is it worth that much to you? The one in that pic is pretty clean, if it's that nice, I'd definetly consider it.
