Bushing may have been a heat shrink fit,,,propane torch won't be enough to do it cos the spindle will siphon the heat too fast,,,Hit it with Oxy Acet,,,real quick,,,bushing will take most of the heat,,get the temperature up quickly and it should pull off easier.
