As Henry says, its a bolt in they came from the factory with V-8s starting in 1964. You can find mounts from an existiing V-8 car or use some of the links provided. You will need to put a bigger radiator in and find a V-8 shroud to help cool it. I suggest upgrading the brakes as well. If you don't get too crazy, the stock rear end will hold up, if not, you may find a 12 bolt from a 66 or 67 Nova. The 12 bolt from a Camaro is only about a 1.5 inches wider and you can adjust for that with wheel offset.
One more thing, the oil pan. The stock V-8 oil pan was a front sump, a much better option is a custom pan from someone like Moroso
