Hot Rod Magazine had an article on the LS2.....last month or so.

Running from memory: knock sensors changed to single sensor on block. Cam position sensor changed to front of engine. Added "missing" bellhousing bolt hole. Added mounting holes but did not eliminate any. Corvette pan is shallower than Camaro but taller than LS1/LS6 Corvette. Intake is now 90mm. BUT the most important thing is.....the new engines are "drive by wire" and dont use a throttle cable.....did the Camaro have a cable or was it wire controlled?
