Depending on the trans--I have used a console from a 66 Chevelle in a 57 with a 4 speed and worked real well. With automatic, 3rd generation Camaro fit pretty well in a 56 wagon with B/M shifter. Will need a little cutting but will almost bolt up to the bottom contour of the dash.
