Any Suggestions???

Im just getting into the hot rod world and really like it. Its time for me to start a project. I know this has been asked before, but please bear with me. I really love the looks of a chopped 54 Chevy Coupe, but I am having a really hard time finding one. So i have 2 questions:

1. Where are good places to look for project vehicles, location does not matter to me?

2. If i am not able to find a 54, what is a good alternative along those lines?

If anyone could help it would be awesome.

Are you familiar with Midwest Hot Rods Inc. in Plainfield ? It's on 10 E. Main. (Ph. 254-7637). They might have some leads on a project. I went there once a while back for some chromoly tubing. They've got some NICE projects going on there. They'll let you walk through the shop N' look at what they're working on.
