    Dash covers

Anyone ever use these type of covers to restore a dash? They're a real thin plastic that's supposed to look like the original dash. I'm wondering what the edges will look like, and how difficult it is to get it to lay down.

"Dash covers can be painted by consumer for a custom match. Painting instructions are included with installation instructions."

I would think the sedges are fine and if not they are sandable and paintable.
