first I left the yoke free to turn. then, when I turned on wheel by hand, the other would turn in the same direction and the yoke would also rotate.
I thought that if the yoke was locked (like if you had a fully assembled car and jacked up the back wheels) and you turned one wheel the other would turn opposite.
I know if I have the back of my jeep lifted up and I rotate one wheel by hand the other will turn opposite. In this case the car is in park and the driveshaft cannot move.
