I use 8-fuse or 12-fuse marine fuse panels from NAPA, cost is usually less than 30 bucks. I wire my own because most universal kits have extra wires for power accesories that my cars never have... power windows, A/C, etc...

For circuits that require relays, like fuel pump or road lights, I use the Bosch foglight installation wiring kits available at stores that sell foglights. The kit has a fused Bosch 30A relay, connector, and wiring and costs 15 bucks. I usually throw the toggle switch away in favor of something cooler.

Be sure to make a quick sketch of your wiring layout and colors for easier fault-tracing later.
