    No top coat that I know of "I never have anyway"...

    No top coat that I know of "I never have anyway" you just spray both panels clamp it up and weld it...
    But I'm no expert so if there is more to it nobody has told me...:LOL:

    It's a primer that you spray on the job between 2...

    It's a primer that you spray on the job between 2 panels "before" welding....
    helps stop rust and stuff.... ;)
