Still need help, engine disassembled the heads are open chambered but casting number says there closed :confused:

Just pulled heads off and they are opened chambered any idea what cc these are ?????

Anyone have some good advise on a cam for this engine, its going in a 65 Chevy C10. Just a weekend driver.
9.1 compression, 700R trans, 373 gear.
