In my experience almost everything other than...
In my experience almost everything other than bone stock is running some form of "bigs & littles" - not to the extreme of mine, but many, many today run a couple of inch drop in wheel size from rear...

With bigs & littles running a spare just doesn't work, and besides where to put them? One of my rear tires won't even fit the trunk, and if I had a truck I wouldn't want a spare or two cluttering...

4x5.5 is the F150 truck lug pattern. You can either buy new axles for the 9" in a 4.5" lug, or take your axles to a machine shop and have them re-drilled for a 4.5" pattern.
I wonder if a set from a 66 or so Mustang would have worked easier
random stuff
