Welcome! This place is full of top notch people.
Welcome Saints. You'll find alot of people on this site who are actively involved in car clubs or who just like building or rodding cars.
I think the saints car club has either moved or is no longer.Quote:

I can't get any information on this club either. I appreciate you guys trying to answer and give me some kind of information. We also own an 69' Ford XL2T full size car. It looks like a Torino with the fast back. It has a 390 engine that we will be putting back in, soon I hope! Then we can get the interior done.
I was at the A&W cruz night last Wednesday (a weekly happening) and saw a flyer for a show & shine at the Baptist church on Sidney in Port Orchard.
Google hasn't turned up anything yet, but I'm continuing that effort.
But since it's at a church's parking lot, I figured it might be associated with the Saints when I saw their name in the search results.
I think it was today or tomorrow. I'll post results if I find it.
From the flyer I saw I remember it's a Baptist Church in Port Orchard on Sidney Rd. or Ave.
I think it was First Baptist (not 100%)
So far all I have is:
First Baptist Church
2308 Sidney Ave.
Port Orchard, WA 98366
1.360.876.2374
I also found another on Sidney
Burley-Glenwood
Baptist Church
11185 Sidney Rd. SW
Port Orchard, WA 98366
1.360.876.478
If anyone can help search... please do.
Yes, they are still around...
"The Saints" of Port Orchard. Contact Jerry @ (360) 876-3779.
Their annual event is called "The Cruz" and it is being held this year on August 14th in Port Orchard. Call (360) 876-3505 for more info.
Hope this helps!
Greg
Thanks. I'll be looking for it (I'll drop by A&W Wednesday & look for someone to be passing out flyers).
The Saints website is gone... is there a new URL? I found two old ones:
http://saintscarclub.homestead.com/
http://www.saintscarclub.org/
Anyway, I could swear there was a carshow this weekend at a Baptist Church on Sydney... shoulda wrote it on my palm.
Maybe it was a different car club at a similar location.
My wife says she saw the flyer, and that it was
this weekend, and it was at the First Baptist church on Sidney. She might swing by
in awhile when she's out running errands.
I was thinking of going to the big one in Puyallup, but it would take more time & money to pack and enter the family for it.
I gotta get ready this weekend for a trip next week, so can't devote a whole day.
Thanks again.
I'll check back here once in awhile, and will try to post any info if my wife does a drive-by
of the place where it is supposed to be.
(non) Update: :HMMM:
My wife got sorta wrapped around the axle on running errands and
never got to the 1st Baptist church driveby to see if anything was happening.
Might go by there after church today if we feel like taking a drive.
Hello! There is a car show at the Christian Life Center in Port Orchard on August 28th, 2005 in Port Orchard. The address is 1780 S.E. Lincoln. You can call the Christian Life Center and have them send you an entry form.
Yes, the Saints are still around for those of you who are looking. I found that if you go to their Cruz car show, you will be notified the next year. I am glad they are still doing this great car show.
Thank you all for helping out with information.
