Door hinge problem on my 36 Ford Tudor

It was a warm day here in Indiana (52deg) and I got off work early and decided to work on the Ford.

I was trying to remove the doors today and seem to run into some problems.

All weekend I sprayed penetrating oil on the hinge pins, screw heads and nuts on the hinge. Could not get the pins loose today. Went to the pillar side of the hinge and the nuts busted off the back side when the wrench was applied. Decide to get the grinder out and grind down the heads. I tried to punch out the rest of the bolt and it doesn't budge. Looking closer, it appears the the hinge is part of the pillar and not a seperate piece. If so why the 3 bolts to mount it? Never ran into something like this???
Is the pillar and hinges all one piece.

If possible post a couple of pictures of the hinges, that may help with a correct answer. On my 46 Ford I had to drill out the bolts and replace them.
