Here is my project....A mix of 29-31 body parts...but it is a going to be a 29'--for that is the title I have!

SO.... what we have here is a 29' four door sedan on a 2x4 frame with a 18" rear drop and a 4" front "Z".

Have a rear out of a Ford van...that will be set up with a fourlink and coilovers.

Front...still up in the air....it has a 32 front xmember...so...some pretty heavy drop axle is going to be needed...just havent decided how low/high I want the chassis to sit off the ground. I want to be able to "USE" this rod and can't be worried out speedbumps and roadkill all the time!

Engine is going to be a Big Block Chevy 454, tranny Muncie 4 speed.

 6" Chop and 4" Channel

Have two LIKE NEW tracter/bomber seats that wll be used..these are nice ones with an adustable backrest and built in seat belts.

 Here a a few pics!

 Before the chop

Shooting a straight line with laser level (sorry...blurry shot!)

Here she is with 6" out of her!

Hope to complete this project for under $5000.....

So for to date I'm already up to $2600 That included...

 BODY
 CHASSIS
 REAR AXLE
 ENGINE
SPLIT BONES (may or may not use)

With that chop and channel I hope you're not tall. With that chop and channel I hope you're not tall.
All kidding aside your project looks great and sounds like it will be a fun one to drive with the 454 and muncie. Looking forward to future progress pics.

ThomasMe: I don't know how to build a hot rod.
Old Hot Rodder: You ever build a model car?
 Me:Yeah...
Old Hot Rodder: Well instead of using glue you weld.
