1934 chevy dwarf race car made street legal

this is gotta qualifiy as a rat rod, l'm taking a dwarf race car and stretching the frame 8" and putting in a honda V-twin 1100cc water cooled motor, geo car raditor so cooling will not be a problem, by streching the frame l can set the motor in straight, there is a chain drive adaptor box that converts the chain drive to a driveshaft and connects to a toyota rearend. l have harley fat boy mufflers and the exhaust will run down the passenger side, l put in a lexan l/4" windshield and rear window, the side window on the passenger side is fixed in place and the driverside will move up and down, it has a full roll cage, my family tells me 4 point harness and a helmet when l drive it, there is a fair wheather law so no wipers or fenders required, l'm leaving the numbers and race looking paint, have to figure out shifter and clutch as my big feet won't allow 3 pedals, some how l'll put the clutch on the shifter and rig up a cable for the shifter and hand clutch, paint the wheels black or red, leaving the hoosier street legal tires,
