1931 Ford t bucket
howdy to all,
i'm new to this site. i'm considering buying a 1931 Ford T bucket. i have no idea why other than its just cool and should be fun to drive. my question is how much is the thing really worth. its powered by a 283(has some blow by) with a power gude auto. has 4 wheels disc, positract ford rear axle, good interior and black paint with flames, two sets of tires(retro streel rims with baby moons) and krager SS 12 on rear and smaller on the frt.
its rust free and has a good texas title. thanks for your input. i have pics if that helps.

If the title says it's a model T then there's something wrong with it. The last year for the T was 1927, a '31 is a model A.

Randy, that looks like a cut down 31 pickup. How much is that guy asking? Like Bob says theirs something wrong if it's being sold as a "T" bucket so, ask to see the title. But, keep us posted, OK? It looks pretty cool.

Looks like a closed-cab cowl with a phaeton back end grafted on. Nothing wrong with that, just check the craftmanship. Some guys do a better job than others.
Cool ride. What's it worth? Whatever you and the seller can both live with.

Model A Bucket Value
Hey Randy! I am the former owner of a 31 "A Bucket" and have some info. I bought my a bucket from a buddy over fifteen years ago for 4K. Traded it to a local dealer even up for a nice 56 Bel Air. My buddy tracked it down two years ago and paid 7500 to get it back. He did some updates and now has it for sale for 10K. As for the title, don't sweat it. Just make sure that you put the vin number from the title onto the car somewhere so that if it is stolen you can identify it (that's what it's there for!). Hope this helps. Kel
