Sorry about the dark pictures. Even a flash has trouble with black on black. The Brookville frame was lightly sanded and then sprayed with three coats of rattle can Rustoleum glossy black. I learned a lot of things along the way and things I did at first might be done differently the next time. Of course Enron black would be better but I started out doing things the "easy way". During construction any defects/chips in the paint were resprayed. Here you see the double chamber master cylinder and the Total Performance Power Brake booster. I originally ordered a non-power brake so I had to grind off the old mount and weld a different mount onto the frame as well as make a notch in the crossmember for the back of the MC. You can just see the outline edges of the notch. Later I found that if I had ordered a Power MC Brookville would have put on the correct bracket and notched the crossmember with a milling machine.
