      Melt the clips in the center with a torch while pulling it apart from each end, Chop the tube 3" and the shaft inside it 3.5" and you have a double U-joint end that beats the HI-PO billet stuff for 1/20th the PRICE, One end is the stardard GM spline for the steering box and the other is a double-D end for your steering column...
