206Leftrear Lonnie thanks for the interest. Painted Ford’s legendary ’65 Rangoon Red 2296 is set up with a crate 302 EFI with E-303, 1.6 rollers and HD valve springs & guides. She’s redlined at 6.2k RPM. We figure she’s putting out about 325 HP at the crank and the car scaled out at 2378 lbs. Four corners scaled out at: L/F 554, R/F 548, L/R 638 and R/R 638, Weight Distribution %: (front/rear) 46.3/53.7, with 30 lbs. of easily removable unseen stereo equipment and a half tank of fuel. Trans is a Tremec 3550, McLeod scattershield, drive shaft safety loop, 10-1/4 inch balanced drive shaft with a caged Ford MKVIII (aluminum carrier) 8.8' rear end with Traction-LOK and gear changes of 2.73, 3.08, 3.27, 3.55, 3.73:1 are available, high strength, high horsepower pre-shortened axles, custom designed F/R adjustable anti-sway bars and a custom made 28 gallon baffled aluminum fuel tank, two sets of rims for the street BFG’s and track Goodyear slicks. She has 4-wheel disc’s, Flaming River 15:1 manual rack, Canton 7-1/2 quart road racing oil pan and is hard topped with plexiglass side windows during the cold NE Winters. She’s a lot of fun. -Bob |
