I am after Induction Engineering Moroso SBC Chevy two piece Valve Covers. Specifically after the Moroso/Induction Engineering but if you have the Larson "biggie" type or the recent reproduction I would be interested as well.

Not sure if you want these for the utility of checking valve lash in a racing engine or looking for nostalgia pieces for a rat rod or other nostalgia venue.
If anything on these pages interests you, let me know, maybe I could buy them and ship them to you as second-hand parts, saving on duty costs....Cannot find Moroso or Larson parts, as soon as they show up on ebay, they're gone....Looks like Proform and JL Fabrication are the only two companies making these 2-piece covers currently.....

Have you considered manufacturing your own covers? I can't see that it would be that hard.

Thanks for the feedback. I've seen those proform one's and I was considering them. I want the Induction Engineering cause of unique look and the bonus is the easy of adjusting valve lash without removing the rockers. I accidently came across the Larson re-manufactured ones and Induction Engineering valve type covers and just love the unique look...But like you said hard to find and the price is up there. I would love someone to manufacture a set like these but I would not know who to go to..
I got the idea for the valve covers from BIGRIG1972 a member that runs a 6v71 on instagram and wanted the same look. I can see he's were manufactured by someone by the weld marks vs Larson/Morso which are cast.
Kinda help hides the bottom of the V6-71, doesn't it? My guess would be to start contacting the limited manufacturer of the V671 intakes to track them down, as they wouldn't look as good in another combination, Not as many rebuilders here compared to the inline 6-71's still. I do like the look of them together though.
Here a VERY RARE set of Induction Engineering/Moroso. Believe less than 25 sets were built. Have had them over 30 years. Never let em go when I sell a car. Last set I say sell was on EBay for over 2 grand.
Never one to be put off by an insurmountable problem, I would heat up the old Visa card and learn how to sand cast the parts myself. I'm sure there is a friendly machine shop on the island and you may be able to trade some castings for machine work. You could even customize them with your name, initials or.....hey....how about some fins on 'em ????

@MatthyJ... Yeah they sit so well with the 6v71 and it hides the ugly way it tapers. My 6v71 is from Dyers so I can ask them but I doubt they will know. I can see these were fabricated by someone and would love to know who.??
They just work so well with a V series blower and is very different. Plus I prefer the smooth tops over the rib kind. The guy on instagram that owns them will not msg me back.
@Da34Guy...Yeah I know about your valve covers I've been following the treads on the H.A.M.B. There is a fellow on there that has a set but he will not tell me how much he wants but If its over 1000 I prefer to get them custom made like the ones above which would work better for my car as its not a vintage hotrod but more like your 68 Camaro...
Does anyone know who I could approach to ask to get a custom set made?
I do not think I would be able to sandcast, and to make anything local is not worth the $$$. Australia overcharges on everything so unless you can do it your self (which this i believe I can not) I would need to farm this out to someone in the states. Just do not know where to start...
Yeah they work really well for the 6v71, hence why I was blown away when I seen this. The only thing I found that came close is the larson covers but they are rare and very expensive. The reproduction ones were reasonably priced but that guys is not making them anymore....Quote:

Rule of thumb------------if you want wide valve covers-put a HEMI in it
While I will agree with you, I am not after a wide valve cover as much as I am after the valve covers to hug the bottom round case of the 6v71 blower...It just works visually so well...
