Saw some references to that number, along with the 14057053 being used on 305's & 350's from '78 to '85 with the 4 barrel carb option, trucks, cars, vans, etc, etc. Some seemed to think it was a spread bore Q-jet manifold, but most did not. The 055 is cast iron, and the 053 is aluminum.

If you want I'll check with the guys at NicKey----There's a big show in Chicago either next week or the week after----------do you need carb also???????or ignition???

And I also seem to remember that you could change manifolds on stockers---what class are you running??

You might call this guy - Quadrajet 4B with SBC intake manifold and see if he still has the one listed. Or maybe this one - ALUMINUM INTAKE MANIFOLD 4 BARREL CARB PERFORMANCE ? Got them by doing a "search all craigslist" query. OOPS , that second one is a 14057053 aluminum model. It says "055" in the text, but the picture says '053". The first one in Wichita looks good, though, and it's cheap....

Yeah, the guy didn't post any contact info other than the CL e-mail, and the post's 23 days old so it might take a while.... The good thing is if he replies the whole shebang is $40 plus a ride.....
