 Hi,
I'm working on a 1959 B-61 Mack truck conversion. I'm looking for a stainless grille shell & grill for it. Also any other chrome air filter or related Mack handles, hood clamps & MACK dog. If you know of a source I would appreciate it too.
 Thanks,Mike Forte

Can you post a pic of the grill your looking for. I've driven by a place with an old Mack beside his house, but I'm not sure of what models what. It's been there at least 20 yrs. Jeff

Never mind I Googled it. I'm kind of heading that way tomorrow. I'll see if it's still there. Been a couple of years since I've been by there.

Sorry, it's GONE. It was sitting there forever, go figure. Nobody was home, but a neighbour said it "left a while ago" (whatever that means). He also said the truck had no chrome/stainless left on it. I'd never seen the front since it had it's back to the road. Sorry if I got your hopes up. Guess I should have checked it out first before I posted.
Saw that picture when I googled B61 Mack. It is a beautiful truck. Thats why I remembered the one I went looking for. It was on the way to my girlfriends (wife now ) MANY years ago. I used to dream about putting it on a 1 ton frame and restoring the body. Ahhhhhhh.... I shoulda done it. Sorry again, and good luck with your search. I'll keep an eye out. Jeff ) MANY years ago. Hi turbo,
I always liked the B-models. It's the best way to resurrect my great running Dodge to an old classic Mack.Mike Forte
