Glenn, if it helps, the Maverick/Granada/Mustang units are a perfect width for your T, and feature easy to cut off spring perches only. They used them from mid 60's to late '70's.

it helps, i have the housing from currie, im trying to find the third member, backing plates and drums rather then spend $1200.00 from total performance . i was hoping to find a complete fear for alot less and use them parts
Do you have the axles too? There are different lengths, is why I ask. Smart way to go buying a new housing and stuffing it with used parts.
Don
BTW, I know we aren't supposed to have discussions on a For Sale item, but I think this info might help you. You might want to look into buying the backing plate/drums setup new from Currie. My Son just bought one for his 9 incher, and when he did the math it wasn't much more than going to AutoZone and buying parts to rebuild his old setup. Autozone and others get better than $ 100 a drum for new ones.
i was going to buy the axles from total my rear is 51 1/4"
I've got one out of a '67 Mustang V-8 car, problem would be getting it to you......
thanks dave, i was hoping to find one closer to pa,
sd is alooooong way from pa ,and i bet to ship a rear wouldnt be worth it
Well, let's see... Tom F is coming through today and will be going home with an empty trailer, that would get it to Minnesota..... Now if we could find someone going from Minnesota a bit further east.... Maybe we could relay it out there???? CHR's version of the Pony Express!!!!!  :LOL:Quote:

thanks dave,
Hopefully you can find one a lot closer... In the meantime I'll check around for someone heading your way... Whereabouts in Pa. do you live? I do have some trucker buddies with flatbeds that occasionally go east on I-80.......Quote:
