Lindsay Publications.
They have quite a few titles.
One of the best is, "Advanced Machine Work."
It's a reprint - that's what Lindsay does - of a 1930's era machining manual.
Don't be put off by the word Advanced in the title.
It relates directly to using a manual (non-CNC) lathe such as most of us have at home.
There are other less costly titles that are fairly cheap.
Usually dedicated to a particular thing like methods to hold small pieces etc.C9
