Used headers are usually a bummer. The tubing rusts out over time, and can be thin. New ones are so reasonable it just makes more sense. If you are planning to keep this thing for a long time, spring for the jet hot types of coating. They do them inside and out, and they don't rust out. My Sanderson Limefires are 17 years old, and still have no rust inside or out. I try to save money where I can, but sometimes you are better off buying new.
