All you will need is a trans along with a adapter/spacer and a crossmember and possibly a different yoke for the driveshaft,kits are available with everything needed from various mustang vendors on the internet including a new trans. I think the kit that has the adapter and crossmember plus other small needed parts are around 350.00,from what I heard at the swapmeet the roller bearing pilot bearing and correct speedo gear are needed too.
