how about finding a cheap 1996 or so Caprice cop car, they have LT1's and bought at surplus auctions can be cheap but mostlikely would need a rebuild cause your not gonna find a cop car with less than 100k that is actully being auctioned off.
Oh yeah, a fleetline is not a coupe, it is a sedan. coupes have small rear windows or in some cases ( EX, 32 Ford 3w coupe ) no rear windows, a fleetline is a sedan because it has large rear windows. just figured you might wanna know.
i got what you need. i bought it as a donor car when i was planning on doing another S10, but my health has gotten worse to the point i can't , so i have it up for sale now. its a 1993 firebird, LT1, alum. heads, 700R4 trans, daily driver, new tires, new bat. complete. when i did my S10 i bought the lt1 motor, 700r4 trans, seats, console, wiring harness, computer, and steering column from dif. places and i probably had 3500 in it when i got through and i said i want gonna do that no more. its hi miles but everything work great. i'm asking 2500.00. let me know.
they dont have the alum. heads if he need alum. heads.Quote:
